Workshop

The Hope Vibration

Danielle Van de Velde (Singapore)

Essential to healing is the ability to hold the possibility of change and transformation. Hope is a powerful heart-centred vibration unique to the human system. We have the ability to generate coherence between our hearts and minds, as well as activate the vibrations of hope through visualisation and sound, thereby setting us up for a future possibility of wellbeing, freedom and creativity.

Join meditation teacher Danielle Van de Velde in the beautiful setting of the Atrium between the Victoria Theatre and Victoria Concert Hall. In this powerful group meditation, which amplifies higher resonance states, she will guide participants via breathwork practice and an opening of the heart-centre to access the vibration of hope.

The practice will be supported by one of her original tracks, Arc en Celeste, that utilizes hertz frequencies that serve to open, activate and heal the Heart Chakra.
