Dancing Landscapes

Chloe Chotrani (Singapore)

Dancing Landscapes is an embodied exploration with guided facilitation by movement artist, Chloe Chotrani and a space to let your body speak before your mind.

Starting with a dynamic warm-up to open the joints and gateways of the body, followed by full-bodied accessible movement prompts to expand your body's vocabulary, and closing with time to improvise freely. This practice invites you to listen to your bodily impulses and increase your spatial awareness. We will get to know our own bodies deeper by understanding, expanding, and strengthening our range of motion. With the intention to feel free in our bodies, using movement as the gateway.

All levels, abilities, and bodies are welcome.
